15th - 29th April, 2020	Application period.
8th of May, 2020	Publication of provisional successful and unsuccessful applicants.
11th, 12th & 13th May, 2020	Period of appeal against the successful and unsuccessful applicants list.
19th May, 2020	Publication of provisional list of marks obtained by applicants for standard places.
20th, 21st & 22nd May, 2020	Period of appeal against provisional list of marks obtained by applicants for standard places in each centre.
29th May, 2020	Publication of the final list of applicants assessed after appeals.
5th June, 2020	Publication of applicants admitted in each centre.
15th - 29th June, 2020	Registration period for Infants and Primary.
22^nd June - 10th July, 2020	Registration period for Secondary (ESO).

OPENING TIMES FOR COLLECTION OF DOCUMENTATION AND SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS

The collection of documentation and submission of applications is in the Secretary’s Office during the following times:

• Mornings: 8.30am. – 11.30am.

• Afternoons: 3pm. – 6pm.

Colegio Menesiano, under the responsibility of the Board of Directors and Administration (after studying relevant information in accordance with protocol) grants three scholarships for the top three achieving students of 4th ESO to study BACCALAUREATE.

REQUIREMENTS AND NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION

Applications must be signed by both parents or guardians, except for justified impossibility or custody problems (Instructed by Deputy Ministry of Education).

In order to ease the application process, please complete the forms available from the Concierge or Secretary. These forms must be requested during the application process (15th – 29th April, 2020).

For application forms supplied by the Community of Madrid online application, three copies must be presented: one for the applicant, one for the school and one for Administration. These copies must be signed by the father, mother or guardian.

Photocopy of the Family Book (if applicable). Photocopy of Numerous Family Card (if applicable). Photocopy of doctor’s report in the case of allergies and/or illnesses. School transfer certificate from previous school. (except 3 years).
	Admission Criteria Established by Decree 11/2019, 5th March, regarding free choice of school centre in the Community of Madrid (link).
	Admission Process Established by the joint resolution of Deputy Ministry of Education, Youth, Sport and Educational Organization, 23rd November, 2016 (link).
NON STATE-FUNDED SCHOOLING
1st stage Infant Education	Contact Menesiano Infant School: +34606 66 40 36 (Miriam or Olga).
Baccalaureate	Documents to be presented Application form. 2 Photographs. ID of father/mother/ guardian. Photocopy of the Family Book (if applicable). Photocopy of Numerous Family Card (if applicable). Photocopy of doctor’s report in the case of allergies and/or illnesses School transfer certificate from previous school and Secondary Education pass certifícate. Registration fee: 150€.
	Admission Criteria Places available in chosen module.
	Admission Process and Registration Forms presented to the Secretary’s Office. The student and parents/guardian will be invited to interview with the ESO/Baccalaureate Director. During the interview, the registration documents will be handed over. Informative Meeting: The families of all students admitted will receive a written invitation to a general informative meeting at the end of the school year.
